Galatians 3:6: “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.”
As he does in Romans 4:3, Paul quoting Genesis 15:6 uses Abraham as proof that there has never been any other way of salvation than by grace through faith.
Even the Old Testament teaches justification by faith!

Wednesday’s were doing a weekly study on: “The Book of Deuteronomy .
Let’s ‘re-discover’ God again!  Every week 7 PM.
Communion is every first Wednesday of the month at 7 PM.

The Women’s Bible Study Group (our Women’s Saturday Morning Study)/Fellowship & Breakfast will be discussing “Embraced to Know God is Holding You Close” – by Lysa TerKeurst beginning 9AM, March 9th & each second Saturday after that.  There’s no purchase required, there’s a sign-up sheet on the back table for a headcount!

Guys – We will be meeting regularly as men, for prayer, fellowship, God’s Word and breakfast every second Saturday Morning of each month! Join us, bring a friend. It’s interactive & very laid back. Bring your Bible!  March 9th, 9 AM.

Fridays we have a Homeschool Co-op meeting here at 9 Am. All are invited.

Music Lessons: We’re also blessed to have Nate Carrey teaching kids of all ages Piano, guitar and voice all day on Fridays. Call Nate at 585 737-5993.

One Step to Freedom is a Biblical discipleship study focused on the sinful nature & how it may lead to many forms of addiction. It’s for anyone not just addicts! Thursday evenings at 7Pm. starting in April here at CCSS.

They are, accepting toiletries and non-perishable food items, tracts, and Bibles (our greatest need is for kids’ Bibles and books). Thank you for all the donations. And please we need winter clothing, coats, gloves, etc.
Donations can be dropped off at The Father’s Heart headquarters, 678 Lake Avenue, Wednesday from 8 Am. to 12 noon, and Thursday and Friday from 9 Am. to 5 p.m. For information, call (585) 472-4331.  If you are able to help them, please know that it would be a great blessing to those in need. Thank you.

We make a run out there every couple weeks if you would like to bring things to church.
